This is a Lionel 746 Vintage O N&W J Class 4-8-4 Steam Loco & Tender w/ Long Stripe from 1957-60. This item does not include the original tender. Features include a motor, a reverse unit, an operating headlight, an operating smoke unit, a decorative bell, metal side rods, metal handrails, metal wheels and exquisite detail. The tender features plastic construction, an operating knuckle coupler, an operating whistle, and metal wheels and axles. The 746 was the last great steam engine introduced during the Postwar Era.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. This item does not have the original tender. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. The wheels show heavy run-time.
