At Trainz, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns or exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
