Lionel 2037 Vintage O 2-6-4 Die-Cast Steam Locomotive and 6026W Tender VG

This is a Lionel 2037 Vintage O Die-Cast Steam Locomotive w/ 6026W Tender from 1954-63. The 2037 was one of the smaller Lionel Postwar steam engines with smoke and magnetraction and was used in several sets in the 50s and early 60s. Features include die-cast metal construction, a die-cast boiler, a decorative bell, magnetraction, an operating smoke unit, an operating headlight and a 3 position reverse unit, metal side rods, metal wheels and nice molded-in detail. Included is a tender #6026w.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are marks and spots of missing paint over various parts of the engine. This is being sold-as is and when tested there was no movement. The engine and tender have some rough spots to them. There is a little rust to some of the wheel mechanism parts. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included. The engine has the original box and the tender is in an unlabeled box.
