Here is a Spectrum 82198 1:20.3 Scale Narrow Gauge 38 Ton Two-Truck Shay. Features include: plastic construction, motor, operating headlamp, smoke unit, operating knuckle couplers, metal drive rods, DCC ready, and metal wheels and axles.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. The locomotive is non-functional due to major physical damage and is being sold As-Is. The entire frame is warped and bowed. Numerous trim pieces are broken off and missing. This locomotive shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. This item has been inspected by our repair shop. Please see the attached picture for inspection details and additional operation information. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included, however the styrofam inner liner is not. Please check the photos for a detailed look at this item. Overall condition is Good.
