This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. The front truck on the locomotive has been partially broken off of the locomotive. There is numerous broken trim pieces on both the locomotive and tender. Some of the paint has been scratched off of both the locomotive and tender. There is nicks and scratches all around. The locomotive was unable to be tested because of the condition of the front truck. The instruction manual is included. The original box is included.
