Here is a Walthers Cornerstone 933-2703 O/O-27 Custom Trackside Structures Set. This set includes a Tower, Speeder Shed & Gate house. The main tower building includes interior lighting.
Per our grading of this item, it is equivalent to the TCA rating of R-3: Good -- A restored piece that has signs of play wear with minor dents and scratches. The previous owner glued figures and grass on the buildings. It appears that parts of the building have been custom painted by the previous owner. There is a custom painted car glued to a building. There is screw that comes out of the bottom of a building. These items appear to have been used, and display overall signs of previous use. There are nicks and scratches on the shell of the items. These items have been out on display previously and their overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The original box is included.
