This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are a few light scratches and rub marks present on the surfaces of the locomotive and tender. Both items have some small spots of bubbling in the paint. A few of the railings are slightly bent out of shape on the tender. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down.
