This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-3: Good based on visual appearance. Bolster your collection with the addition of this Brass USRA Light 4-6-2 Steam Locomotive & Tender! This item operates well in DCC, but struggles a bit in DC. The previous owner has custom painted and decorated this item. There are light scratches and rub marks present on both the locomotive and tender. Number decal is chipped off on the 0 on one side of the tender. Some heavy glossy residue is visible on the rear of the cab and the sides. Appears to have been clear coated by the previous owner after painting. The wheels show average run-time. There are still a few small signs of paint chips despite the clear coating. This item has been inspected by our repair shop. Please see the attached picture for inspection details and additional operation information. The original box is included along with the foam liner.
