Pola 924 Hotel Canyon City Building Kit EX/Box

This is a Pola 924 Hotel Canyon City building kit. The Canyon City hotel is a recreation of a typical Wild West establishment. Never located far from the train station, the hotel served many purposes and was the center of activity for townspeople as well as travelers. This model has wonderful colored clapboard siding and a shingled roof. The doors and windows open and close and this model includes an outside staircase which gives access to the rooms on the upper floor.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. This kit has been opened and may have broken or missing components. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is included. The original box is included. The box has edge wear, creases and tears. Please see our photos for a more detailed look. Overall condition is Excellent.
