There are two cloth holders on the bottom. The previous owner has changed the figures and boxes that are supposed to come on this track cleaner. They've also been glued down by the previous owner. The pads can be wet with your preferred cleaning solution and will drag along all of your rails. It is Lionel compatible.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The previous owner has changed out the items on the track cleaner and they are not the original. They have also been glued down to stay in place by the previous owner which is visible beneath the figures and items. There are stains on the track cleaner's themselves from previous usage.
