This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The shell is loose form the chassis and must be handled carefully -- please see the repair card for the details. The front platform is missing the railing sections. This locomotive shows scratches and tarnish throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. This item has been inspected by our repair shop. Please see the attached picture for inspection details and additional operation information. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included.
