This is a MTH 30-11028 O Operating Wood Water Tower. This item features durable ABS construction and intricate authentic paint scheme, operating water spout with push button (not included) control raises and lowers, has an operating water level gauge and is easy to wire and install, and measures approximately 11" X 8" X 10".

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of this item. One of the metal rings around the tower is bent. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down.
