MTH 20-2185-1 O Union Pacific Veranda Turbine Locomotive w/PS2 #61 VG/Box

Here is an MTH 20-2185-1 O Union Pacific Veranda Turbine with PS1 #61 from 1998. This turbine features 4 flywheel equipped motors, 2- smoke systems, electronic reverse, ProtoSound 1.0 digital sound package, directional headlights and an illuminated cab with engineer figure. The turbine and tender are 32 inches long and run on O-72 track. Due to the date of manufacture, the buyer may need to replace the battery.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. This item did not function when tested, and is being sold as-is. The previous owner upgraded this locomotive to Proto Sound 2, however it does not respond to conventional or DCS commands. This item displays light scratches and paint imperfections across the body and underframe. Spots of paint loss are present along the handrails. The locomotive is missing several screws that mount the shell to the chassis, so it is partially loose. The wheels and rolling pickups show signs of average use. The original box is included.
