Micro-Trains 98600541 N Southern Pacific EMD SW1500 Diesel Locomotive #2638 LN/Box

This is a MicroTrains 98600541 N Scale Southern Pacific EMD SW1500 - Standard DC #2638. Southern Pacific Railroad diesel locomotive fleets saw a number of paint schemes over the life of the railroad. Best known of all was the more common “Bloody Nose” version of overall dark grey with bright red ends giving it that name. Lettering also evolved with the final style before merging with Union Pacific® being known as “Speed Lettering” given its forward leaning script style.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-8: Like New based on visual appearance. This item appears to have been operated sparingly, and displays overall signs of very light previous use. The original paint is in great shape, and the rest of the unit displays a like-new overall finish. The instruction manual is included. The original box is included.
