Lionel 6830 Vintage O Flatcar w/ Non Operating Submarine VG/Box

Here is a Lionel 6830 Vintage O Flatcar w/ Non Operating Submarine, from 1960. It has plastic trucks and operating couplers. The submarine is just like the 3830 Operating Submarine, but it doesn't have some if the internal parts that the operating sub has like the rubber band and the drive gears. The nose on this sub is also glued on at the factory so you can't turn it to wind up the rubber band.

There are light scratches on the surface of the flatcar, submarine, and chassis. There is light rust spotting on the surface of the wheels and axles.
