This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent. This item has been customized with a glued on P&H die-Cast crane vehicle. The glued on vehicle shows color fading on side of it. Spots of the glue used are visible on the top of the flatcar where the vehicle is attached. This item shows some light scratches and spots of paint loss on the shell and chassis. This item is in overall excellent condition, free of broken trim pieces. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning.
