Lionel 622 Vintage O AT&SF NW-2 Powered Diesel Locomotive with Bell VG

Here is a Lionel 622 Vintage O AT&SF NW-2 Powered Diesel Locomotive with Bell #622 from 1949-50. This postwar locomotive features a die-cast metal frame, a single vertical motor with Magnetraction and 3-position E-unit, an operating headlight, a black painted body with white lettering, an operating bell, radio wheel, headlight lens, two clear marker lenses, wire handrails die-cast side frame trucks and two operating electro-magnetic coil couplers.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are light nicks, scratches, and spots of surface rust on the shell and chassis. Additionally, signs of paint wear, chips, and discoloration due to aging are visible throughout the surface of this item. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. When tested, this item does receive power and lighting functions, however it runs a bit spotty and will benefit from a cleaning of the gears, pickups, and wheels to get better connection.
