Here is a Lionel 6-8668 O Gauge Northern Pacific GP-9 Non-Powered Diesel Locomotive. This was an add-on to the 1976 Northern Pacific Service Station Special set and was not in the regular Lionel catalog. This locomotive features a plastic shell construction with a die-cast chassis, operating knuckle couplers, die cast trucks, metal wheels and axles, an decorative horns. It matches the 8666 Powered Northern Pacific GP-9 diesel locomotive.
