This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are light scratches and rub marks on the surfaces of both the locomotive and tender. Additionally, one of the pieces inside from the trailing truck is missing, therefore the wheelset will not stay in place and falls out easily.
