Lionel 6-2301 O Gauge Operating Sawmill VG/Box

Here is a Lionel 6-2301 Operating Sawmill from 1980. This is a reissue of the popular 464 sawmill from the late 1950‘s. When activated the sawmill cuts the logs into lumber. Actually, once inside the mill the log drops off the conveyor and a board drops in its place. A really neat effect! It measures 19" inches long x 4" inches wide x 4.5" inches tall. This sawmill does not include the original controller button or wires.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The unit has a yellow hue instead of white. Some of the lumber pieces are missing, there are 5 logs and 3 planks total. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The plastic window on the box is falling off and isn't attached on most sides. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included.
