Lionel 6-22982 O ZW Postwar Celebration Series Controller & 2 Transformers Set EX/Box

Here is a Lionel 6-22982 O ZW Postwar Celebration Series Controller & 2 Transformers Set from 1999. This new ZW differs from the older Postwar Era ZW in that the new model does not have the actual transformer power coil inside the transformer, but instead connects to up to four 180 watt power supplies. The ZW controller itself houses the throttles, direction buttons and whistle/horn buttons. You can connect up to 4 of the Lionel 6-22983 180 Watt power bricks to get up to 720 Watts of power, more than twice that of a postwar ZW.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. This set shows scratches on the bases and shells of the controller and both transformers. The cords on both transforms shows spots of white paint. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The original box is included.
