Lionel 3472 O Vintage Operating Milk Car with Platform EX/Box

This is a Lionel 3472 O Vintage Operating Milk Car with Platform from 1949-53. This is the later version with plastic doors. When activated by a UCS or 6019 track section, the milkman figure pops out and drops a milk can on a platform. The car holds [7] milk cans and with [7] pushes of the unload button you unload those cans. This milk car features opening doors, die-cast metal trucks, die-cast metal operating knuckle couplers, metal wheels and axles.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are some spots of wear and use to the items. The platform has some missing paint, but looks like no rust. There are nicks, scratches, and dents to the items. The boxcar is dirty and has some dark smudge marks to it. The milk cans are included. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included, but has been taped and some of the flaps are missing. Please check the photos for a detailed look at this item. Overall condition is Excellent.
