Lionel 3472 O Vintage Operating Milk Car with Platform/Box

This is a Lionel 3472 O Vintage Operating Milk Car with Platform from 1949-53. This is the later version with plastic doors. When activated by a UCS or 6019 track section, the milkman figure pops out and drops a milk can on a platform. The car holds [7] milk cans and with [7] pushes of the unload button you unload those cans. This milk car features opening doors, die-cast metal trucks, die-cast metal operating knuckle couplers, metal wheels and axles.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. There are nicks, scratches and spots of paint loss on the surface of the car and platform. There is also some rust on the platform and chassis of the car. The platform is missing its floor where the stairs lead up to. There is one milk can missing and its box is also missing. The item was tested and didn't respond. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included. Please check the photos for a detailed look at this item. Overall condition is Good.
