Here is a Lionel 318E Standard Gauge Electric Locomotive from 1930. The 318 is one of Lionel's mid-sized Standard Gauge electrics and features lights and is all metal. It is designed for use with 500-series freight cars and the smaller passenger cars. Features include tin-plate construction, latch like coupler, metal wheels & axles, illumination and a motor.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are heavy nicks, scratches, and signs of surface rust present on this locomotive. Brass accents show signs of tarnish that have formed. Additionally, the paint throughout the body shows moderate paint wear, chipping, and spots of discoloration due to aging. When tested, the item does receive power and wants to move but struggles. The wheels have been replaced with reproductions from Model Engineering Works.
