Lionel 2353 Vintage O Santa Fe F-3 AA Diesel Locomotive Set #2353 VG

Here is a Lionel 2353 Vintage Santa Fe F-3 AA Diesel Locomotive Set (1 powered & 1 dummy) #2353. Introduced in 1953, the 2353s were the successors to the 2343 Santa Fe F-3s. The 2353s differed in having no screen roof vents and no front handrails. These locomotives feature a battery operated horn, lights, die cast metal trucks, operating knuckle couplers on the front of both locomotives and fixed knuckle couplers on the rear, magnatraction and metal wheels and axles.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. This item did not function when tested and is being sold as is. There are severe nicks, scratches, and spots of surface rust on the shell and chassis. There is discoloration and spots of paint loss across this item. The instruction manual is not included.
