Lionel 2343 Vintage O Santa Fe F3 AB Diesel Locomotive Set VG/Box

This is a Lionel 2343 Vintage O Santa Fe F3 AB Diesel Locomotive Set from 1950-1952. One of the icons of the Postwar Era, the 2343 improved upon the original 2333 with the addition of Magnetraction. The powered unit features dual motors, a remote activated operating horn, an operating headlight, illuminated number boards and cab, die-cast metal frame and trucks, a die-cast operating coupler on the front and a fixed die-cast coupler on the rear.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good. These locomotives show heavy scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. These locomotives show spots of surface rust on the chassis and trucks. The portholes show spots of yellowing and some may have been replaced. The faceplate on these locomotives show some peeling.
