Here is a Lionel 2340 Vintage O Pennsylvania GG-1 Tuscan 1-Stripe Electric Locomotive. This locomotive features a die-cast body, dual motors, a 3 position E unit, operating lights, die-cast trucks, knuckle couplers, and metal wheels.

This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-3: Good based on visual appearance. There are significant scratches, paint chips, and misaligned paint across the unit and undercarriage. The paint lines on the side seem to have been painted in by the previous owner to create one big line instead. There is paint chipping and misaligned #2340 on the sides from what appears to have been someone attempting to repaint the numbers. There is some rust at the top and bottom of the unit. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The top attachments are loose but do hold in place, might need to be repaired.
