Lionel 2056 Vintage O 4-6-4 Steam Locomotive & 2671W Tender VG

This is a Lionel 2056 Die-Cast 4-6-4 Steam Locomotive from 1952. This is a Korean War hybrid using a Berkshire boiler casting on a Hudson wheel arrangement. Features include a 3-position E-unit, an operating smoke unit and an operating headlight. A 2671W Tender is included and features a plastic shell, metal frame, whistle, plastic sided trucks, operating rear knuckle coupler, metal wheels and axles. This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. This locomotive and tender has been tested. The locomotives illumination is functional, but the motor did not function. The tenders whistle is functional. These items are being sold as-is. This locomotive and tender show scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. This locomotive and tender show rust on the chassis and trucks. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
