LGB 46690 RhB Self Unloading Car LN/Box

These four-axle hopper cars are part of the special car fleet of the RhÄtische Bahn. Used to haul gravel, these cars are destined primarily for the RhB’s maintenance trains. A few details differ from the other hopper cars. For example, the operator can mechanically adjust the amount of gravel dispensed as the train rolls along slowly. This LGB model of the RhB hopper car is a prototypical replica of this vehicle, which is so important for maintaining the tracks, and includes four opening unloading doors.
