Here is a KTM Scale Models K-4 O Scale Pennsylvania 4-6-2 Steam Locomotive & Tender #5412 - 2 Rail. This item features painted brass construction with a motor, metal wheels and axles, and scale knuckle couplers. Please see my pictures for additional features.

This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-3: Good based on visual appearance. The road number decals have visible outlines and are slightly askew. This item has several spots in the paint that have a bubbly texture. There are also visible brush strokes on the red number plate on the front of the boiler. The item displays scratches and small spots of paint loss across the body and underframe. The tender's rear ladder is bent out of shape, and several pieces of the coal load are missing. One of the marker lights is also missing. The original box is included. The instruction manual is not included. This item has been inspected by our repair shop. Please see the attached picture for inspection details and additional operation information. Overall condition is Restored - Good.
