This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The locomotive is non-functional and being sold As-Is. The trucks show corossion and have become very brittle. Some small bits of the trucks have already broken off. This locomotive shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. The instruction manual is not included.
