This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. Base for the green lamp post is broken and detached from the base. All items show heavy paint wear, chips, and discoloration due to aging. Additionally, paint is very chipped, worn, and discolored. The semaphore is broken from the body and will need to be reattached. Some items have missing bulbs, however bulbs will need to be replaced for lighting to function. All items show loose, broken, and missing trim parts. These items have not been tested and are being sold As-Is. The instruction manuals and original boxes are not included with these items.
