A faithful replica of the 1910 Santa Fe design it's complete with the road's unique bay window six-over-nine double-hung windows 1910-style end-wall eave brackets rafter lookouts with 3 horizontal flats which are tab and slotted to the underside of the roof clapboard siding above the belt rail and drop siding below. Laser-cut diamond-shaped shingles a complete set of detailed door window eave brackets even the Santa Fe-style chimney are included. Kit measures: 5-1/2 x 2-1/4 x 2-1/2 14 x 5.7 x 6.4cm
