This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-4: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are visible brush strokes present on the underframe, as well as some visible strokes on both items bodies. Although repainted, some of the paint is lightly chipped and worn, especially on the gold surfaces. There are still some signs of rusting on the axles, couplers, and other underframe components.
