This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are light nicks, scratches, and spots of surface rust on the shell and chassis. Additionally, the paint on the body shows light chips and scuff marks throughout the body and truck sides. When tested, the horn sound does function but does not function reliably at times.
