This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-4: Very Good based on visual appearance. This item has been repainted by the previous owner at some point in time, however it still shows some signs of wear, chipping, and abrasions due to aging and use. The front truck is missing, however this does not mess with the functionality at all. The instruction manuals and original boxes are not included with these items.
