Here is an American Flyer 350 Vintage S B&O The Royal Blue 4-6-2 Die-Cast Steam Locomotive w/Tender. This locomotive and tender feature tinplate metal construction with a motor, metal side rods, operating headlamp, plastic and metal wheels, metal axles, and a link coupler. The tender also features tinplate trucks with journals.

Introduced in its prototype form in the late 19th century, the 4-6-2 would take the world by storm at the turn of the 20th century, being seen as one of the biggest innovation in the history of locomotives -- the 4-6-2 would quickly finds its place in rail-yards across the world. Heralded for its ability to haul passengers, the 4-6-2 was a versatile model hauling freight and coal as well, with tank variants being introduced later during the 20th century. Traveling at speeds upwards of 100mph the 4-6-2 was featured on rail-ways ranging from Argentina to Egypt, and all the way to the far East in China!

This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-4: Very Good based on visual appearance. This items tender has been custom painted a slightly sage green blue by the previous owner. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. When tested this item ran intermittently and is being sold as is. The wheels show average run-time.
